UX Engineer
Requirement
- Bachelors in Design
- 2-3 years relevant experience in UX/UI design

Responsibilities

- Diploma/Bachelor degree with proven experience as a fashion buyer in a retail or off-price environment as well as previous multi-brand, luxury and e-commerce experience
- 1-3 years of retail or buying office experience
- Skilled with retail math and analyzing data
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve Reebonz Fashion offering
- Ability to remain flexible and work independently
Responsibilities
- Research new trends in marketplace and category
- Competitive market analysis (on/offline) for thorough understanding of brands, trends and market prices to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins on Reebonz
- Update and analyse weekly reports of sales and propose actions to Team Lead to minimise risks and maximise opportunities
- Identify and analyse bestselling and underperforming lines in line with inventory reports and recommend actions to Team Lead/Buyers
- Work on Global Pricing by SKU and/or localised pricing at event level to maximise sales revenue and margins, meeting pricing deadlines on a daily basis
- Assist in planning and execution of events

Senior Marketing Executive – Digital/Mobile
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications or business management.
- Min. 3-5 years digital/online, social media and mobile marketing experience preferred.
- Well adept in using Google Analytics
- Proficient with MS Office and Internet
- Works effectively with customers and internal departments to synergize all digital, social media and mobile channel programs and activities
Responsibilities
- Devise digital and online strategies specific to department’s objectives and goals
- Understand the digital objectives, in terms of requirements and expectations for both global and country
- Develop, plan, execute, manage and monitor all digital and social media strategies (both paid and non-paid) and campaigns
- Confidently plan an integrated marketing strategy by understanding the roles and benefits of each digital channel, and how to utilize multi-digital channels, platforms and techniques to deliver a successful integrated campaign with shorten time to market and customers
- Identify critical success factors for both online and offline digital executions with consistently testing, and measuring all direct and digital campaigns
- Brief, evaluate and accountable for the work and outcome of the 3rd party agency
- Track and monitor diligently all digital / online channels, campaigns and device results and outcomes
- Evaluate all digital channels, campaigns and device effectiveness against marketing spend and cost
- Evaluate and ensure that all digital and social media campaigns / strategies also helps to enhance customer retention and engagement via digital and mobile platforms
- Liaising closely with the Creative team to develop digital and social media assets for all channels use
- Work closely with Tech team to ensure that all platforms and systems are “worked” to tag and register results smoothly and flawlessly
- Support all marketing initiatives and perform any other duties as assigned.
